Simply put, no. We have no control over what samples brands give us and 90% of the products we stock do not get made into samples by the brands, so requesting a sample of a certain product is not a service we offer.
Sorry but we do not guarantee sample requests. We do our best when we can but you have to understand we do not have samples of everything we sell.
Samples are given to us by brands when they do have them to give. They do not make samples of every product they make, and many brands (especially US) do not send samples to retailers in the UK for distribution to their customers.
Complaints over what sample you receive will be acknowledged but not taken further than that. It's a free sample which you have not paid for, so please appreciate our effort.
The FREE delivery is sent with Royal Mail Tracked 48, so you should receive your order in 2 days after it being shipped.
Royal Mail Next Day is sent via their Tracked 24 service, so you should receive it the day after it being shipped.
Now I use the word "should" because Royal Mail services are NOT guaranteed. This means sometimes you might have to wait an extra day or so.
If you do want it guaranteed for Next Day delivery (excluding weekends and bank holidays) I would recommend you choose DPD Local Next Day as your shipping option.
Delivery estimates are from the date of dispatch, NOT the date or purchase. ALL orders are subject to a one day handling time. Next Day deliveries are NOT guaranteed. By placing your order you agree to understanding these terms.
We do preliminary prints first thing in the morning and again at 1:00pm, so that is your cut off point. If you order past 1:00pm then your order won't leave us until the following work day. This is because we need to leave enough time between printing orders and delivery pickup by the couriers to pick and pack all orders.
ALL orders are subject to a one day handling time. Our stock is held in 3 locations, so sometimes we have to get your order sent over and then shipped to you.
Although our couriers have very high success rates for deliveries (almost 95%), very occasionally things can go wrong and none of the couriers are able to offer a guaranteed service. Plenty of issues, such as bad weather, accidents and heavy traffic, can affect the courier's route and their ability to deliver your parcel on the estimated delivery date.
If we shipped your product in our time frame but the estimated date of delivery is missed over issues on the courier's side, we can not refund you. We have still paid for that service with the courier.
Royal Mail shipments can be tracked as soon as the parcel is scanned into their network and updated on their end.Sometimes tracking doesn't appear until the next working morning, depending on how the Royal Mail system updates.
With Royal Mail you can track your order through stages and aim to deliver in urban areas by 3pm and rural areas by 4pm.
DPD Local shipments can be tracked a lot better as their vehicles contain GPS systems which are linked to your scanned order. Because of this you get a One Hour delivery time frame which means you don't need to sit in all day until the post arrives.
If you chose a Royal Mail option and your order contains your phone number or email address, you will receive details through email or SMS mesaage.
If you chose DPD Local,.you will receive and SMS message, so please include your mobile number with your order.
Alternatively, login to your account to get your tracking number under your order history, or check your email (check the spam folder just in case) for our Fulfilment / Shipping confirmation email which will include your tracking details.
Get in contact with us and we will do our best to help. Please keep in mind couriers do not work on Bank Holidays or weekends. Do not wait in unless you have received your confirmation email that your order has left us.
Sometimes customers wait in the day after awaiting their order after paying for Next Day delivery, failing to realise they have ordered past the same day dispatch time.
Unless you have chosen DPD Local or it is our fault your order is late, then sorry but we can not refund you. Royal Mail Tracked 24 services are not guaranteed and even though your order might not have reached you on the day expected, we still have to pay Royal Mail the same fee to send your order.
If your order hasn't left us yet then give us a ring between 9am-6pm Monday to Friday on 0345 302 4762. Alternatively contact us through the website.
We can then amend your address, BUT if your order has already left us then I'm sorry but we can not do anything unless it was dispatched by DPD Local. If it has then you will occur additional charges that DPD Local charge us to change the address route.
If your order left with Royal Mail, hopefully the address you entered wrong rejects the parcel. If they do then once it returns to us we can send it out again at an additional cost. If however the wrong address accepts the parcel, then there is nothing we can do and we can not refund the order, so please proof your delivery address!
Please let us know as you might be the first person to come across this error. In the mean time please checkout using the credit / debit card option. PayPal at times can be a bit of a pain when it comes to sports nutrition stores.
Because even though brands often reformulate products for different markets (ie. ProSupps Mr Hyde Nitrox EU contains no yohimbe or GABA), PayPal is ignorant to this and instead bands products on name alone. So at times PayPal might be disabled while we prove to them we are compliant.

If we have told you that there is no sign of payment but money has still left your account, please send us proof of the transaction with any reference numbers and we will contact the payment provider to refund you.

Please note that we match service for service. If the competition give free Tracked 48 hour delivery, we'll beat the price. If they only offer untracked economy 7 day delivery, then we'll match their price but with a better faster delivery service.
Simply put because that is the total price you would have paid to get the product on the other site. Unlike most sites our delivery is free, so we have to take into account that with our pricing. That is why some sites might seem cheaper than us until you get to the checkout and BOOM, you get delivery costs added on top there.
Because of that, we have to take into account what their total charge is, otherwise we'd end up having to charge for delivery too. After all what other site offers free tracked 48 hour delivery where you aren't waitng over a week for delivery.
I'm afraid you can't. We sell food supplements, food being the key word here and under UK food law, once a product has been opened and is within its Best Before / Expiry date, we can not refund you. Taste is subjective and every brand uses their own flavouring system, so it is no guarantee that you might like chocolate protein by brand A and also like chocolate protein by brand B.
If you feel there is an issue with the manufacturing and you have received a bad batch, then please send us the batch/lot number and we'll contact the brand. If you are right and they report back with your item being part of a bad batch, then we can refund you.
If a clothing item (i.e., belt, posing suit, shirt, etc.) doesn't fit properly, we'll gladly replace the item for a different size, but we have to charge you for shipping. Our clothing comes with size guides and unless we packed you the wrong size item, we can't pay for the postage.
Freebies you receive in orders such as a free t-shirt isn't covered by this because all offers are first come first serve while stocks last.
If the product you receive has a different label than the one listed used in the product image, please get in contact but in most cases you won't be refunded. You are only entitled to a refund if the formula is different to the one advertised as all images are for illustration purposes only.
Brands change their label all the time, so at times we might have one product in that comes in 2-3 different labels but all the same formula (USN I'm looking at you, STOP THAT!)
All promotional offers such as free gifts are on a first come first serve policy, while stocks last. Once stock has ran out, we will send a suitable replacement. You are not entitled to a refund based on not liking the free items you received since you did not pay for said items.

We suggest you return your items via Royal Mail recorded delivery to ensure that if it doesn't arrive with us you can put in a claim. Please use sufficient packaging to ensure the contents are not damaged in transit. We apologise, but we are not responsible for the amount of time it takes for an item to be returned to our facility, or if the item is lost or damaged during the return process.
When you are due a refund, most often it is processed within 2-5 business days and issued to the payment account used for the original purchase. If you originally paid for your order using a credit card, debit card, or PayPal, it may take up to five additional business days before the refund is reflected on your account statement. Once we have issued the refund on our side, it is then your responsibility to contact your bank, Amazon or PayPal account if there is a delay in the refund showing in your balance.
