At the present time we cannot consider Royal Mail parcels 'delayed' or 'misplaced' until 5-7 working days after being dispatched. Orders may be subject to a 1 day handling time. Please note all delivery time estimates are subject to stock availability and receiving your completed order by 3:00pm. Orders placed after 3:00pm will be processed the next working day.
If for any reason we expect that your order will not arrive within the specified times, we will e-mail or call you shortly after receiving your order. It is therefore very important for you to provide a valid e-mail address and contact number that we can get hold of you on and for sending you your tracking details. Please be sure to check your e-mails and phone messages after placing the order in case we have tried to contact you.
We don't want you to miss your order, so please to make sure someone is in to receive it. All orders sent via DPD Local are requied to be signed for. If you know no one will be in, please leave special instructions upon your order notes or contact us to nominate a secure location or neighbour. If your order gets stolen due to following your instructions (i.e. leave in garden), I'm afraid it is not our responsibility or obligation to issue you a refund. If someone at your delivery address or nominated address signs for your order, they have legally accepted responsibility for its delivery and safety. Once that has happened, we are no longer responsible or obligated to issue a refund if you do not receive your order.
If an order is returned to us due to a customers error (failure to take delivery of the order, the wrong address put in the delivery address or not rearranging a collection/redelivery) then I'm afraid we will have to charge you a redelivery fee as the courier charges us (ost of re-packing, and re-shipping that item). A refund of the item minus our shipping costs can be provided as an alternative, but if the error is ours, the item will of course be re-shipped at our cost.
