When Is The Best Time To Enjoy GlycoMaize?

Optimum Nutrition GlycoMaize can be enjoyed pre, during and especially post-workout. Simply mix 1 rounded teaspoon with water or juice in your ON shaker. As it’s unflavoured, you can add it to your protein or weight gainer shake to optimise results.
