Glutamine

Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in the body. Even though it is a none-essential amino acid, it is an important energy source for many cells and contributes to protein synthesis, muscle growth, anti-catabolism (preventing muscle tissue breakdown) and has shown to have growth hormone elevating effects.
