Creatine in Glaxon Adrinall

Glaxon Adrinall has landed! The brand new nootropic from the brand that is making waves is the industry. I have had a few so far ask me "Dino, why does it have creatine in it if its a nootropic?" Ok, maybe not word to word said exactly like that haha.

Anyway, so creatine huh? What many don't know however is that outside of this ingredient being great for muscle performance, it also helps the brain! There is an ever increasing body of evidence supporting creatine as a neuromodulator and true neurotransmitter. Neurotransmitters allow the transmission of signals from one neuron to the next across synapses. In layman’s terms, creatine has the potential to improve the communication between neurons and thus between your brain and your body and most importantly – your muscles.

Creatine has also shown to be a neuroprotective agent in a growing number of research regarding
neurodegenerative diseases, including Parkinson’s and Huntington’s diseases. Research has shown that creatine supplementation may increase brain creatine and phosphocreatine storage by up to 10%. It also has the ability to reduce neuronal cell loss, improving central nervous system efficiency. These benefits are important when supplementing with any type of stimulant as prolonged use can induce neuronal damage, making it the perfect partner to caffeine or any stimulant in a product.

Creatine has also shown to improve cognitive performance during oxygen deprivation, great for benefiting endurance type exercises and sports where you can lose focus quite fast since your muscles are eating up a lot of the oxygen.

Now, the dosing - is 100mg of Creatine MangnaPower adequate? We can only wait to see if Glaxon address, but it definitely has its merit in a nootropic.
