Per4m Multi-Blend Collagen combines marine collagen, sourced from fish, with bovine collagen, sourced from cattle, to provide a broader daily blend of Type 1 and Type 3 collagen. Every serving delivers 10g of collagen in total, split evenly between the two sources, with the full breakdown clearly shown on pack.
