Scitec Nutrition Vitargo! contains Vitargo®, a patented, high molecular weight carbohydrate with an average molecular weight of 500,000-700,000. It’s unique, because it’s specially processed to yield a molecular profile that is massively different from the sugars (e.g. Glucose, Fructose) and Maltodextrin found in many products. The molecular weight of Maltodextrin is around 1,000-10,000 and Dextrose is approximately 180!
It has generally been accepted by science that prolonged submaximal exercise is limited by the availability of muscle and liver glycogen stores and that these stores increase when carbohydrate intake is high. It has also been shown that the rate of glycogen (stored carbohydrate in the body) synthesis is highest in muscles in which the glycogen stores have been depleted by exercise. The rate of glycogen synthesis following exercise is of importance for athletes during training sessions with repeated periods of heavy or submaximal exercise, as well as during competition especially when several periods of intense exercise are performed.
Synthesis of muscle glycogen from ingested carbohydrates is dependant on the transport of glucose across the intestinal mucosa and the muscle cell membrane and on the enzymes responsible for glycogen phosphorylation and synthesis. Blood glucose concentrations are influenced by the influx of glucose from the stomach, via the intestine and into the blood. It has been shown that the osmolality of an ingested solution can interfere with the emptying rate from the stomach. Thus a high osmolality may delay gastric emptying which could delay the release of glucose from the intestine. With Scitec Nutrition Vitargo! a very low osmolality, but high carbohydrate drink can be made!
Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) after highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle*. The beneficial effect is obtained with the consumption of carbohydrates, from all sources, at a total intake of 4 g per kg body weight, at doses, within the first 4 hours and no later than 6 hours, following highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle.

Directions: Dissolve 1 serving (30 g) of Scitec Nutrition Vitargo! in 400 ml of water daily. Use before, during or after training to provide carbohydrates and energy for the body.

Returns and Refunds
At T-Nutrition our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with the items you order and your experience with us. Depending on the reason for the return and the condition of the product, there may be several options available to you.
If you would like to return an unopened product with the seal still intact for any reason upto 30 days after purchase, that is no problem at all, we can issue a refund to your method of payment, or we can apply an in-store credit to your account that you can use towards a future purchase. We DO NOT charge any restocking fees. The refund issued or in-store credit applied is for the price of the product only and does not include any shipping fees we are charged for delivery. The customer must return the item at their own cost to the address below;

Valid Reasons For Refunds & Replacements
If a product you recieve is not what you ordered, we will immediatley send a replacement and arrange a FREE RETURN collection via ParcelForce of the wrong product you recieved. This only happens around 3% of the time every year and is our error. We can only apologise and will make things correct at our cost.
If a product you receive is damaged during shipment, we shall start the necessary claims with Royal Mail or ParceForce, the two couriers we use. We will send a replacement out immediatley on a like for like service to what your original order was dispatched on.
If a clothing item (i.e., belt, posing suit, shirt, etc.) doesn't fit properly but it is the size you ordered, we'll gladly replace the item for a different size, but must charge for the new shipping fee and we are not liable to refund you the cost of shipping the item back to us due to an error on your behalf or that of the manufacturer and their size labelling.
Product Appearances and Free Gifts
You are not entitled to a refund if the product you receive has a different label than the one listed used in the product image. You are only entitled to a refund if the formula is different from the one advertised. All images are for illustration purposes only.
All promotional offers such as free gifts are on a first come first serve policy, while stocks last. Once the stock has run out, we will send a suitable alternative. You are not entitled to a refund based on not liking the free items you received since you did not pay for said items.
Postage costs of returns over orders that are no longer wanted will not be refunded.
Products That Can Not Be Returned
Refunds can only be given for products which are returned to us in their original condition i.e. NEW. We cannot issue a refund for any item which has been opened or used. The refund applied is for the price of the product only and does not include any shipping fees charged for delivery.

We suggest you return your items via Royal Mail recorded delivery to ensure that if it doesn't arrive with us you can put in a claim. Please use sufficient packaging to ensure the contents are not damaged in transit. We apologise, but we are not responsible for the amount of time it takes for an item to be returned to our facility, or if the item is lost or damaged during the return process.
Waiting Times For Refunds
Once we have received the product and the return has been processed by our warehouse, we can issue the refund.
When you are due a refund, most often it is processed within 2-5 business days and issued to the payment account used for the original purchase. If you originally paid for your order using a credit card, debit card, or PayPal, it may take up to five additional business days before the refund is reflected on your account statement. Once we have issued the refund on our side, it is then your responsibility to contact your bank, Amazon or PayPal account if there is a delay in the refund showing in your balance.
